Delicious and convivial lunch for three from the Prix Fixe menu. I watched disappointed as our young, tall, floppy haired waiter, went round interrupting table conversations in order to ask questions or deliver food. He did the same to us, three times interjecting himself in the midst of a tale or rejoinder from my companions. Extremely irritating. I know it's just a training need and I know Cote do training very well. So I hope by the time we return, a little emotional intelligence and sensitivity will have been acquired.

Went for breakfast on Sunday morning. Not too busy. The food was well presented and tasty. The only thing I would say, is that when they brought the tea, the cup offered was dirty with coffee/tea stains. I used to work in restaurants and would have been really embarrassed to provide a cup like that. It only takes two seconds with a damp cloth to remove the coffee/tea stains. I normally go to the one in Basingstoke and with Rose, there, often doing the coffees this would not have happened. I will return tho!

First time visiting this Cotè today. Experience was exceptional, the manager was so warm and welcoming upon arrival. The set menu is great value and the food quality and portion sizes are perfect. All of the staff are really friendly and attentive. The restaurant interior is chic and inviting. We had a wonderful lunch and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
