    The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. Food took forever to come out and was incredibly average. The staff were rude and made you feel like a nuisance for making simple requests like ordering drinks etc. Avoid like the plague. A strong contender for Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen

    Visited 20/05/23, very slow service and the restaurant was not that busy, had to ask a waiter to take our initial drink and food order. The steak was not great certainly not worth 22.50 and had to ask three times for the bill which took 15 minutes to receive. Needless to say I won't be returning here. Shame as the setting right on the marina front is stunning.

    STAFF HAS TO NO IDEA HOW TO SERVE. THE WAITRESS SPLAT THE DRINK ON THE TABLE WHILE SERVING. WAITER FORGOT TO GIVE CUTLERY FOR MAIN COURSE FOOD. DESERT WAS NOT SERVED WHICH WAS ORDERED TOGETHER WITH EVERYTHING WHILE ASKING THE WAITER HE SAID WAITRESS FORGOT TO WRITE IN COMPUTER. AND LASTLY, WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES FOR BILL BUT NOONE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE HENCE WENT TO PAY TO THE COUNTER AND WAITER ASKED ME TO PAY HIM TIP (GRATITUDE) FOR DISGUSTING SERVICE. AVOID THIS!
