I was only in the area for a couple of days and wanted somewhere to train. The gym offered low cost day passes and the equipment available was fantastic and covered all abilities of fitness/training. The owner was very approachable, friendly and from what i could see encouraged and mentored a lot of the clients working out. I have trained in a lot of gyms across the UK and in Europe and this one stands out by a mile. First class service. Only wish i was here longer
