I used Calcaria mini bus service for a holiday I had organised with 6 friends. The journey was from East Rigton, Wetherby to Newcastle airport. Great value for money, on time, professional and even though our return flight was delayed slightly , Ross our driver was waiting for us and rang to reassure us as we were collecting our bags. Would use again and reccomend to others. Thanks for making the start and end of our holiday perfect and complete.

Taxi into York and back from Church Fenton. Perfectly pleasant outbound journey. Taxi was 40 mins late picking us up for return journey. Not a word of apology from the driver and no offer of any discount as recompense for our wait. Not what I would call good customer service.

My mum booked a month in advance for a mini bus to get to my cousins wedding. We needed a cab which could carry a wheelchair user. They double checked the taxi was still required a week before and we confirmed. On the day, we were told another job had come up at the last minute. If we hadn’t have kept ringing and texting, we wouldn’t have even found that out. My mum had to drive, which meant she couldn’t have a drink and fully enjoy herself.

Booked a taxi today from tadcaster to st james hospital in Leeds, the taxi arrived on time and the driver was lovely, even opened the door for me. Pleasant conversation during the journey and the price was very good too. All in all, it was a super service, which I would definitely recommend. I shall be rebooking for next Tuesday for the same trip. Well done calcaria taxis. 😊 Top marks from me.

Bad attitude with customer when asked why price so high paying customers have a right to ask why your charging £8.00 to go 1.3 miles. Then got annoyed when I checked my destination on phone . Will be avoiding at all costs if I asked you to come out into country to pick me up then I could understand the price but I was at office asking to go 35 min walk away . Dont worry I'll walk than be ripped off ...
