When we attended Calvin’s field today I was pleasantly surprised that unlike a lot of dog parks which are wide open spaces this provided a realistic rural setting. The terrain, trees and bushes make you feel that you are out in the countryside which gives it a lovely relaxed feeling. This helps training recall with our high drive Springer Spaniel who gets very over stimulated in big open spaces wanting to run to the extremities! Also the pond was a great asset allowing our dog to cool down after a swim. This with the benefit of shade provided by trees meant that a warm weather session is still feasible. We have tried numerous dog parks and think Calvin’s Field is one of the best for our needs.

First time visiting today. Took an hour to get there, but it was worth it. All the instructions on how to wait, enter the area etc are very clear. We went to Yogi's place and it was lovely having the different agility. I loved the hay bales great idea. Nice and shady too. Perfect. I'll try Field 2 with the pond next time. Hopefully it won't be too long. Just wish it was closer to home 😔 5*

Absolutely fabulous place ! It was perfect as mine dog isnt dog friendly and we only let him run off lead in enclosed fields and on top of that he found out he isnt scared of water anymore and loved the clay pond .We will be back definitely x

It was my first time visiting Calvin’s fields. Booking, payment and the website was really easy to use. We got a very detailed email with everything we needed to know. I loved that we got multiple reminders leading up to our slot. My two dogs absolutely loved the field, we normally book dog fields for my Cane Corso as he can react to other dogs, and this is great for him to be off lead in a safe and secure environment. We had the best time and also had his first swim! My springer also loved the water! We will definitely be returning!

We've recently taken our Golden Retriever to both fields. The set up is very safe, clean and well thought out. Mabel is in season so they were both perfect for giving her a bit of a run and a change of scenery. Calvin's has a pond so great if it's hot. Yogi's has some agility equipment so really fun to play on. We will definitely be back, and probably won't wait until her next season!

Oh my goodness, best day ever! I have a reactive rescue who loves water but it’s very difficult to find any without other dogs around. Him and my lab had a wonderful swim and explore in field one. Luna loved the rope toy and played with it for ages! Loki has a life limiting condition and his stamina is usually very poor but he was so excited running around and swimming for the whole 50mins. They’ve had the best time. Thank you! Jo
