Absolutely no patient support when emailing or writing in for advice. Non existent customer support. Having said that, receptionists are as helpful as they can be. As has been said, this used to be an excellent surgery. Almost impossible to access services if you do not have an app ready mobile phone. Have been waiting for a reply to an email I sent in at the beginning of April. I handed in a hand written letter to the practice manager in April, still waiting for a reply to that. They ask for feedback quite regularly when you use their services but will not reply or respond to patient complaints. They have a 'contact us' option on the website which is pointless if it is ignored.

Horrendous at answering the phones... waited 45minutes in position 1 until closing time. Unfortunately if anything is seriously wrong with you I think you would die first before being seen. I understand alot of people are trying to see doctors but when you can't even be heard by the receptionist nothing is worse.
