    Wow, what a service!! After speaking to a gentleman late Thursday afternoon at Cara who was extremely helpful said his colleague John will be in touch to help. It couldn’t have been ten minutes later, John called who knew exactly what part I needed. I have been calling round searching for a new lock. This company and the staff have gone above an beyond to help me. Their customer service skills are the best I’ve ever encountered. When our Caravan is due for an upgrade I will be using Cara. And at last I have found a company that can source and supply all Adria parts. Thank you John and to your team for a great experience. Highly recommend company with exceptional customer service skills and wealth of knowledge to support any request.

    So I have read all the great reviews, motorhome we purchased was lovely. Two points to note, the first is their return to base warranty work just isn’t practical especially if you live some distance away and the dealer should, in my opinion collect the vehicle for repair at their time and expense considering the problem was missed by them. Secondly do your due diligence on the handover and thoroughly check the habitation service sheet. The one we were given was undated with minimal detail, we found a severe leak to the window and resulting damp which should have been picked up with a thorough habitation check. Nevertheless they did offer a repair but back to my first point it should be at the buyers convenience not the dealers.For these two points they get two stars from me, if these were solved how I would have liked they would have got 5 stars as the set up, the communication the sale process was good.
