So this company has been coming in for a few weeks to help my mum as she came out of hospital and as she in a wheelchair she needs some help getting in and out of bed , from day one they have been all over the place with times even at one point turning up to put her to bed at 18:30 , she hadn’t even had dinner , constantly rushing to get her in bed and never stayed the full time they are paid for , we have every time they came and went on our security cameras, one carer turned up this week and came in with a complete stranger without asking if it’s ok until after they were in , mum doesn’t need much help but has a very bad bed sore on her lower back which is getting worse due to being left in bed for over 12 hours some days …On Saturday they hadn’t turned up by 10.20am when they are meant to be there by 6:30/7.00. When mum called to speak to someone she was told by office that they are no longer going to provide care and she is off the books , they left a 74 yr old lady in a wheelchair on her own without any help whatsoever,Most if the carers have been great but the way the company have just dumped her even though social services arranged for them to carry on until they found another company more suited to mums needs. The is a massive neglect of there duty of care on their part and will be seeking further advice..

Care 2 U provided end of life care for my dearest friend and the service was outstanding. They supported both Marg and the family during what was a traumatic time from the very beginning of care. The carers were so so professional and helpful, we don't know what we would have done without them. It was a very distressing time for all of us yet the staff and Managers were so helpful and we really appreciated the support they gave not just Marg but all of us. They helped with all of the equipment that Marg needed and helped us liaise with palliative teams, doctors and district nurses. They were very patient and always willing to help or advise no matter what time of day or night it was. They provided an invaluable service and we will always be truly grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
