James was extremely helpful when my father's mobility scooter developed a fault. From a photo he was able to order a part, I could easily pay over the phone and within a week he was able to attend my father's address and fix the problem, along with bringing from the shop a replacement cover I had also purchased. My father was very impressed with the friendly manner and efficiency. He's pleased to now have his freedom! Brilliant service, highly recommend. Thanks James. Folding scooter worked very well. Coped with the ramps easily, even though the crew were at hand to help. It folded easily so was not too large for the cabin. I zoomed all over all day and charged it every night.
