Wanting a new fireplace then this is the place to go. Lee and Victoria are great and really know their products inside and out. We had our log burner fit end of November absolutely love it. Johnny and Nick who installed it were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble they worked non stop and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Fabulous service, from Lee and Victoria, who really know their stuff. Huge selection of stoves and surrounds to view, in their large showroom, and more importantly great advice. After several months of visiting other stove retailers, Lee quickly suggested stoves which met our particular needs. Additionally, he was confident in supplying and fitting a one piece slate hearth, whereas other retails would only fit in 2 sections. The fitting team worked a solid 10 hour day, on our difficult installation, and it looks brilliant. They were very tidy and polite. We wanted to source the stove and hearth / beam etc, plus it’s installation, from a single supplier. Lee was able to offer this full service and did a great job. He then popped over, a good hours journey, after installation to ensure we were happy, to answer our questions and even offered to give us a lighting demo. The overall price was slightly higher than if separately sourcing all elements, but was so worth it for the complete service and reassurance. Thank you.

Great all-round experience, after 20 years of having an open fire we finally decided to move to a gas fire. Did the usual visited a few showrooms, looked online. Then we went to Carlton House and they were just what we were looking for. Straight talking and sensible people who took us through the options, and the pit falls, and were just very helpful in a non pushy way. The day of fitting went like dream, the two fitters were brilliant they knew what they were doing and just got on with it and kept the dust to a minimum, which is not easy. One of the pit falls we knew about was the digging out of our old fire, we were told it would be loud and it was, very! We've had the fire about a month now and its just great, should have done it years ago. Thank you Carlton House Fireplaces.
