    CarSupermarket (a MotorDepot company) was fantastic. My credit rating is terrible but whereas everyone else declined me, CarSupermarket were able to find me a package which had a surprisingly low APR for my rating! (19.9% APR whereas my rating would normally dictate a rating of 35% APR minimum). The car selection was fantastic and I was able to find a really sexy Volvo V40 Cross Country (a sexy Volvo?! Look up the 2014 Cross Country V40 and you'll see what I mean). David Moore was the salesman who helped me and he was fantastic. He put up with my incessant questions and was patient throughout the entire process. The Documents team were fantastic too, sure there was like 7 things to print, sign and scan back to them. But to be honest, this is no different from buying in person, one would expect a little more leg work considering I am buying a car online. Delivery was just under 2 weeks from point of sale and signing, and the branch even wanted to delay it as they wanted to get some of the leather reupholstered as it was slightly discoloured (cream colour), I declined as this is expected from a 5-year-old car and I can touch it up myself if I feel the need, but it did give me confidence in the pride that they take in ensuring that their vehicles leave in as close to new condition as they can make it. Now that I have the car, I have 14 days to decide if I want it, but from the instant I first drove it out of my street, I knew that I was keeping this beauty. Thanks CarSupermarket! In 5 years time, if I feel like changing again, I will go to you or MotorDepot first!

    Misleading and let downs enquired about car, paid to reserve then got given 2 delivery dates that was let down on then start making excuses when you let them know that you know your rights. Had to wait a month for something was promised within 2 weeks andd even after the month was still waiting so ened up canelling. Went to another company and already a car within 1 week kinda says says it all
