Cecil’s is always brilliant, serving fresh and hot food for the students of campus east. The owner is super friendly and even once went over to the nissa next door to buy some milk to make my friend some Turkish tea for a sore throat. Really affordable food and the establishment is always clean. Cannot recommend enough especially for students on a budget.
