  Still awaiting qualification from 2018 for nail technology level 3 quick to take money, sent a confirmation of passing yet nothing sent to VTCT= not qualified like told. Formal complaint submitted also raised with advance learner loans for dispute of having to pay for a course they never gave me a certificate for nor notified the learning body of qualification. Never again. Go to a proper college or do an apprenticeship. Avoid at all cost.

  I would give this place a zero if I could. I have recently studied for two years at the college and it was honestly the most atrocious experience. The staff are rude and the college is purely a money making business they have no care for the students and offer no help for career options. They give no help in learning work within a salon environment. During my first year at this college the tutors themselves would argue with each other and this could be heard in the classroom across from the office. Said tutors would speak passive aggressively about each other through the students, about how much they disliked the others teaching and referring to each other as not knowing anything. Lois Keating a beauty tutor would talk negatively about other students in the class and then when those students arrived would be lovely. She was passive aggressive and a very bad tutor. She had no patience and would put down students when they didn’t get it right first time. She had no patience for the members of class who had learning difficulties like dyslexia and on more than one occasion, had to ask for spellings off of one of the students. The standard of training by Lois was again awful, students had burn marks from where wax used in lessons had been too hot. I myself had a burn mark from being a model for the class demonstrated by Lois. The issues in the class were brought to the managements attention multiple times and nothing was done. The standard of training by the college is appalling. During a lash course one of the girls did not complete a full set and yet was passed anyway because the college wanted her to pay the £100 course fee. The standard of this college has significantly dropped in recent years and it shows. I would not recommend that anyone goes to this college as even a year after the completion of courses, they are still failing to provide certificates. I would highly recommend not going to this college. It has let me down massively and I’m greatly disappointed.

  Excellent College where you get excellent massages and other complementary therapies. Fantastic tutor’s and staff. I wouldn’t highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn complementary therapies and anyone wishing to be on the receiving end of the therapies.

  This is a fantastic college. The staff are very knowledgeable and very professional at all times. They offer guidance and support every step of the way. There are also treatments available for clients to have from the students who are learning the beauty skills. The college is very big and the treatment rooms are well equipped. The principal was also available if anybody had any queries. I would highly recommend this college.

  I've completed level 3 complementary therapies currently studying level 4 as well as studying level 2 & 3 beauty therapy and soon to be studying level 4 beauty as well. Louise has been an incredible tutor throughout my studies in complementary therapies. Not only is she lovely and down to earth, her knowledge is impeccable and her teaching style is outstanding! I wouldn't have got this far without her incredible ability to make the information I needed to learn digestible. Not forgetting the classes are enjoyable and we often have a good laugh in class which really helps on the tougher days. Louise is a true asset to the college, she deserves a raise with the effort she puts in to helping us students! Lois has been teaching my beauty therapy course. She too is lovely and has great knowledge of the industry. She makes the lessons fun and exciting and I really enjoy her classes. She is very thorough and also a credit to the college.

  The staff here are amazing and helped me achieve my goals. They gave me an excellent learning experience. I'd like to thank Jess in particular for being an amazing tutor and rekindling my passion for beauty therapy.

  Fantastic college 🤩Tutors and college staff are very helpfull and understanding 🤩as a mature learner I was worried about going back to college but I have just last week completed my level 3 massage diploma 😍and moving onto another course .Highly recommended x

  I went to college here for 4 years studying beauty therapy & media makeup. Passed all courses, my Tutour’s were amazing! Would highly recommend here to anyone thinking about studying health & beauty.
