Interview was very welcoming. Induction a lot of paperwork and watching clips and tour of factory. Training non existant . On shop floor totally different to what was said during induction. Its a case of if your face fits. Said there was a lot of work ,then in less than 3 weeks let go as saying no work and no one available to train which I believe is untrue as far as no work is concerned. Was difficult with 2 metre rule in place-but not impossible.
