An absolute joke, really should not be in business if they are this incompetent. Ordered over two weeks ago, still waiting, ok there was a bit of snow for a day or two but other firms delivered to our road. As for their customer service, its the pits. Been unable to speak to anyone on the telephone for days. Whoever heard of a prerecorded message that simply says, sorry your call can't be processed at present. When did get to speak told they had no idea when the delivery would be made, they only schedule one day ahead.

Very disappointed with customer service... ordered oil for new boiler n tank as apartment has new baby waited all day on first promised delivery no one came, anmer had a ficticous reply that delivery driver came n saw tank not connected... Untrue... two days later got boiler man back extra cost n waited all day for delivery by 4.30pm we called for the fifth time only for another ridiculous excuse. We cancelled asking for refund only to be told we have to wait 5 working days for refund... we will never use this company again which is in process on being encompassed by larger company... goodbye quality service.. compare other companies before risking ordering from them...
