I cannot enthuse enough about the magnificent service our family received from Cesare & Co., who were recently instructed to sell my mothers property in Tring. These guys have totally restored my faith in estate agents. They turned up exactly when they said they would & did everything exactly as they said they would. They were exceedingly courteous & respectful & particularly amiable & sensitive in dealings with my Mother who does get herself confused. They could not have been more professional & I must highlight two individuals on particular- Simon Halling & Dominic Cirillo, who delivered proper old school customer service, without the pushy, heavy sales b/s- so refreshing! Whilst the property my mother was going to purchase fell thro' & subsequently we had to withdraw Mums house off the mark. I would however return to Cesare & Co in a heartbeat if her circumstances change and would not even need to consider the alternatives. Cannot recommend highly enough!👏👏👏

An excellent experience. Simon has been brilliant, organising the sale of my park home. He takes time to view the property and to create the brochure, which is then not published until you give approval. He or one of his colleagues attended each viewing for me! Once a buyer was found it was the swiftest of transactions. Very smooth and extremely quick. Thank you to Simon and the team for their expertise all shared in a happy and professional way. Should I ever need an agent again I know where I will be going.

We are currently in the process of selling our house with Cesare & Co. in Tring and I have to say Simon and Romeo are the most wonderful chaps to work with, completely different to my experience of estate agents in the past - both are unfailingly smiley, friendly yet very professional and always willing to go the extra mile: Romeo even watered my plants whilst I was away recently! They are both super-responsive, sending feedback from viewings usually within a day, answering emails quickly and responding to changes/requests straight away. Refreshingly they operate in a very transparent way, which is very helpful and much appreciated. It’s great to support a local, independent agency - the team know Tring and the surrounding villages like the back of their hand! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’re planning to sell your house!
