We contracted Charlie's Garden to improve our Garden with a new decking, various beddings and climbers & trees to hide a neighbouring wall. Charlie kept moving the start date and when the work was eventually carried out it was in the middle of the winter. Progress was slow, we weren't told when work would or wouldn't be carried out. In addition the existing lawn was damaged. We agreed that they would come back in the Spring to fix the lawn, trim the trees and carry out any other maintenance required as it relates to the job carried out, including a badly hung door. Despite numerous attempts to get Charlie to make good on his word he has failed to show up and do so. We decided on Charlie as we wanted to support a local business that could do a quality job and we were prepared to pay a premium for that. Unfortunately it has turned out to be a mistake and would certainly not recommend Charlies Gardens to anybody else.
