Before my Grandad died in 2005 he gave me his solid gold signet ring - it was big and chunky and not really my ‘style’ but it was my last piece of him and it had always been my intention to give it to my daughter. I’d been thinking about how best to mark her teen years so after getting permission from my Nan I spoke to Charlotte and told her I wanted my daughter to have a necklace along the lines the one Carrie had in SATC - she said she knew exactly what i wanted. She wasn’t wrong. I am absolutely blown away that she managed to take my Grandads battered old gold ring and turn it into something my girl can have forever. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough - her dedication to getting right, her attention to detail is second to none and she is just the most wonderful person to deal with.
