If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to be involved here, it's not nice but the staff go above and beyond to make the situation as relaxed and welcoming as possible. What I didn't realise at first is that they are NOT social workers, they are just professional and friendly people who genuinely care about children and the adults that are involved with their service. The staff are non-judgemental and kind to everyone.
