Ordered Tofu for vegan members of our dining party but was sent chicken instead. Phoned to alert to mistake and they refused to acknowledge it and ultimately refused to do anything which was really poor, leading to these members of our party having nothing to eat. Wish we’d seen the poor service reviews beforehand!

Awful the sweet and sour prawn hong kong style was well over cooked and to salty The chicken chow mein was so full of salt also it was uneatable tasted like thy added many beef oxo cubes to it for taste.did phone to complain was told to go somewhere else if i didn't like it .shame as i have been in there a few times before on my way home and have delivers in the past to i don't mind like most people paying extra if the food is good wich you do in china and china Cantonese Restaurant at london prices but this was awful maybe that's why you not see anyone in there restaurant anymore eating they certainly can't take crittercism that's for sure shame on you china and china in taunton somerset for not even listening to a customer complaining before being told to go somewhere else if i didn't like it. what a waste of 32 pounds for one person.

Would give zero stars if possible. Order a large menu for 14 people. Some chilli intolerant so ordered food that wouldn’t contain chillis or was marked not to contain them. Food arrived and everything covered in fresh red and green chillies. Phoned to let them know and was told it was our fault as the menu is clearly marked with chillis. It isn’t. The rude Asian lady told us it has salt and pepper and that includes chillis - !! Why. Why would you cover chicken and chips with chillis. She didn’t want to know and hung up. We rang back and spoke to someone very apologetic and offered us a refund which we had to claim via just eat. So we tried but they told us to ring the restaurant to refund. Again the mad Asian lady was so rude and abusive towards us we could t even explain the issue. She then threaten us with the police! All we wanted was an acknowledgment that the menu was incorrect and chillis shouldn’t have been on the food. But no we had police threats. Would avoid at all costs. 14 people annoyed that could have been resolved so easily. TwDing other receives here - stupidly after we ordered!- I can see customer service skills aren’t their thing.

Real shame. We have 3 in our dining party that are allergic to chillies. So we were very careful to ensure the items we ordered were suitable. We had ordered chicken in satay sauce (not listed as spicy) and a chicken mega box (again, not listed as spicy) and both these dishes arrived absolutely covered in sliced up chilies! Everything else was delicious, but this wasn't acceptable; so we decided to call and inform them of the danger of not advertising certain allergens and the manager didnt take this as an opportunity to apologise (which would of sufficed, no expectation of freebies) and instead yelled at us about how we didn't know what we were talking about and that the fact it says "salt and pepper chips/wings/chicken on the menu, should of made it obvious". Salt and pepper doesnt mean salt and 'chili' pepper in most peoples mind! As i mentioned; its a real shame as the rest of it was nice and the way this situation was handled really ruined the whole experience. The manager was rude and dismissive and verbally aggressive to my cousin who called to explain our problem. Awful. Take the chance at your own risk!
