I don’t like to write bad reviews but I recently thought I would try this place instead of my usual place. The first massage by Nana was amazing, very professional and I felt fantastic afterwards. I thought it was one of the best massages I had had. So I rebooked a few weeks later and Friday I went in and this time saw Coco. I have to say it was terrible and was possibly one of the worst I had ever had. She really couldn’t be bothered , yawning and just doing the same thing in the same place killing time. I informed her that she could apply more pressure and it made no difference. The arms and legs could not have even been described as a massage. Simply just rubbing skin. It wasn’t even the same on both arms eg one arm was stretched and fingers done & other arm she totally forgot. I tried to explain my dissatisfaction and wanted to see manager but she then replied she could not understand my English. Truth be told she seemed more concerned that I refused to remove my boxer shorts than actually delivering a professional massage. I understand she may be tired but £45 feels completely wasted. Could the manager please make contact or offer a refund or at least another massage to make up for this bad experience as initially I thought I had found my new go to place long term. Thank you.

Having experienced back pain from working on the house I had the problem fixed in one massage session with Nana who massages the tendon until it was better, spending 60 - 70% of the time on the area to fix the issue and it worked brilliantly.

This is honestly the best massage i have tried. I am coming there regularly about 2 years .i have quite bad problem with my neck and back so need treatments regularly, i have tried lots of places in many countries but this place is the best, especially Koni (hope i spelled it right:) she is very professional and everytime after her massage i feel much better!
