I have been a tenant with Chinneck Shaw for more than13yrs. They are by far the most welcoming, competent agency around. They are always there and the end of a phone call ready to answer any questions and to help out with any issues with my property. Every one on the lettings side are so helpful and go out there way to help where they can. Unfortunately the property I was renting got auctioned off and I was unable to cover the new rent increase (not chinnecks fault) so had to move. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a property from them, it will be the best choice you make. Hopefully I will be back someday, thank you all for a great 13 yrs. Dave

My experience with chinneck Shaw estate Agents was AMAZING! I was searching for a property to purchase and I didn’t have a clue how to do so. I tried purchasing another property and the other estate agents in Portsmouth were not helpful. But with chinneck Shaw it was different, Jamie was the most helpful person I could meet. From the moment I booked a viewing to the completion of the purchase. He was always available and helpful throughout the purchase. Even when I had complications with solicitors who weren’t helpful in anyway. He was able to communicate and explain to me what the issues were. He was resourceful in many ways throughout the process. Secondly Toni was able to communicate with the vendor on my behalf perfectly. All the problem I had on my end, Toni was a straight line of communication who I could explain my complications and they could explain these worries to the vendor. Everyone at Chinneck shaw helped me with all my needs and the best of all is they were quick at solving my complains and I could complete the purchase in record time. I will recommend both vendors and buyers to purchase or sell their property with them. You will definitely not regret the experiences.
