Customer service is non existant,took longer than said to deliver then damaged doors,took back broken draw,was told 2 days over warranty, wanted to charge for new draw,no help at all.

Staff are very lovely and helpful, but the quality of the beds less so, I have had two in less than twelve months, the first collapsed on us completely after three or four months, which they replaced after a while, and now the replacement has started to bend in the centre, which the manufacturer is blaming us for putting the Bed on a wood floor. Nothing stated on the beds in the showroom at the time of initial purchase that the bed must stand on a carpet.... But there ya go 😟, as I said, staff are great, but the beds should be made a bit more sturdier if sold in the UK
