UPDATE: confused by your response. We PHONED to set up the Welfare Benefits Check appointment but instead were directed to a list on a website. We were expecting to be emailed some forms to complete prior to the appointment, but simply received links to a list of benefits. ENDS. Not very helpful. Struggling to navigate the benefits system. Their web site promises a Welfare Benefits Check appointment and lists the documents you should bring, but when you try to access this for your relative, they just email you yet another online list of benefits. Depressing.
