    I spent 20 minutes on their phone line trying to ask a question. Every time I was redirected to another part of an automatic menu. After 20 minutes the robot hanged up the phone by saying that „I’m not calling from England or Wales“.

    As a volunteer here we try offer appts but they are pre booked in all of the offices we do not sadly do the drop In service anymore but we hope to resume this in the future we aim to help each person that visits the office in walton to the very best of our ability
