We drove down to the Harlow showroom to look at some Herman Miller chairs. Both Holly and Olly were really helpful and after trying out a few different chairs, I bought a sturdy, comfortable Mirra 2 Butterfly Office Chair. It was steam cleaned and looks brand new. It is an excellent chair with great back-support and great value.

Came across it on FB and been told that the set of 4chairs &table i wanted to buy is available. Asked particular for it. Twice. Went there and none of it was there. No chairs, no table. Sole purpose of it all is to drag you to the show room and offer you something else. Nah, nah! Dodgy and absolute waste of time.(and petrol). Don’t bother at all!

Brilliant Showroom, well worth the visit if you're looking to buy a new Office chair since you can give it a good test sit first. Staff are polite and very helpful in showing you similar models and sorting out a decent deal! Don't make the mistake of buying a new chair from Argos or Amazon, getting a used one from here is a decent investment.

Went into store last week to choose a desk. Chose a lovely electronic desk which was delivered a couple of days later. Driver was so professional and was not phased by having to unbuild the desk to get through my narrow cottage. Really efficient and brilliant company and would highly recommend. The furniture also all came refurbished and nicer than I saw int he showroom so really pleased!
