My green bin wasn't emptied. CYC not interested and will not collect. It's infuriating when you pay for a service.

Today's experience ; trying to contact them by phone. 4 attempts merely put me through to an answering machine in which the final option is to go to the main menu then it wishes me a nice day. I give up, which is what I presume they intended me to do.

What can I say, the logic behind York Council thinking, is absolutely not appropriate and rather ridiculous!

Every time I've called the council they've been very friendly and efficient. Whatever the issue, it was solved quickly and easily. I'm thankful for that.

What a pathetic discriminative council. They allocate school to children based on their race background ! They use innocent children to satisfy their discriminative ego ! They have denied our children a chance to education just because we have applied to the wrong class of school that mix race children are not supposed to attend to ! Could the council provide us with a list of school that accommodates mix race children?

I am finding it very difficult to understand the mysteries of the Residents Parking. I have a carer and I used to have a paper parking permit. It ran out on 1 August. I have attempted to renew this . Of course Digitally. Apparently they still issue paper permits for Carers. I am still awaiting a replacement and a courtesy response. We are now in September. Mmmmmm
