Shame we can’t comment on other people’s reviews, I was in the pub when the previous review was posted. I witnessed the clients sitting in the pub and using it as a way to get in from the cold weather without ordering a drink. CKN has a number of girls that work behind the bar and are always smiling and make you feel welcome. Great place to come in Brentwood whether it be for a quiet drink or a big sports event. Everyone loves « Karen » :)

I would rather have sat outside in the cold to be honest… Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable in an establishment in my entire 26 years of life. The landlady “Karen” obviously doesn’t know the definition of customer service and is trapped under a rock in the year 1999. We tried to order non alcohol drinks as we don’t drink alcohol and were told that we had to drink alcohol to stay in the pub. I then continued to order two soft drinks only to be given the worst death stare which could have actually knocked me out. The only thing going for this place is the amazing light in the toilets. Actually now that I come to think of it I would have rather have drank my SOFT DRINK in there. There are many more amazing pubs and bars in Brentwood, I would highly avoid this one unless you want to be surrounded by Karen and her egotistical colleagues and punters.
