I turned up on the doorstep without an order. The boss sat me down, offered me a drink, asked me what my car was and what I wanted ? I was after a Detachable Tow Bar and 13 pin electrics with software updates for a 15 plate Mercedes GLA. He gave me a quote £100 less than any I'd seen on-line. We agreed on the price, he placed an order for the bar for next day delivery. I dropped off the car next morning and as I couldn't arrange transport he had me dropped off back in Luton. Next day I picked it up. Shown how the bar works. You couldn't see anything from behind. Impeccable service and nice people. Would highly recommend them !

Wilmond’s customer service went above and beyond today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the work they did on my car today. I went in for a tow bar fitted and just mentioned there was a rattle when I drive and I thought it was my exhaust. When I picked up my car they had fixed the rattle, they had realigned my bumper and also noticed that my boot mechanism was taped on (my kids had damaged the bar being overzealous when opening the boot) Well they fixed that as well. They did all this for no extra charge. It is very rare to find that level of service anywhere these days. I am extremely grateful and would recognise this business to anyone. I will certainly take my car back there for a service in the future..
