  We have been happy users of the Clearlight sauna for 5 years. We chose the Sanctuary 3 person model, and it was a very good choice. 3 people can freely use the sauna at the same time, we can all watch TV without losing a pleasure of watching because the sauna is equipped with a large front glass, which additionally makes the sauna look great. The front full spectrum heaters are excellent and heat up the sauna very quickly. For me especially, a very convenient additional element is the application with which I can start up the sauna from the lower floor without going upstairs to the fitness room to do it. And one more vital element of the purchase I learned to appreciate - the approach to the customer from the very beginning starting from advising the choice of the model, through technical consultations after installation and to a warranty support - I can honestly say that Clearlight's lifetime warranty really works !!! . We are very pleased with the after-sales service and customers support

  We’ve had our Clearlight two-person Sanctuary Sauna for almost four and half years, use it five or more times a week and it’s fantastic. Never had any reliability issues despite well over 1,000 uses to date and in any rare contact with Clearlight my queries are dealt with promptly, courteously and generously. We love using it in the winter for a warm and all year round for detoxification, an immunity boosting affect and general well-being, listening to meditation apps. or health podcasts when enjoying the heat 😊 We combine with a DIY Icebath setup for contrast therapy and the feeling you get when you get in the Sauna after the cold therapy is unbeatable. Would wholeheartedly recommend Clearlight to anyone who values their health and is looking an oasis of calm and mindfulness in an increasingly chaotic world 👍 Suffered from acne previously too but since using the Sauna the skin detoxification affect has kept my face and neck clear for <4 years!

  The customer care team were excellent at keeping me in the loop when I was waiting on my sauna. The sauna itself (Premier model) is extremely high quality. Putting it together is a breeze, the whole thing is modular. Having a sauna at home whilst a bit of an extravagance, has proven itself well worth the investment. I like to use it before bed and I'm not worried about gym/leisure centres shutting their saunas if there's further lockdowns. A few weeks after installation I had one small issue with one of the control panels. The customer care team dispatched more replacement parts than I actually needed. And they were delivered within the week. I installed the new panel myself. As with assembly this was very straightforward, Clearlight provided me with the documents on how to do this. However, should you not be confident in doing the replacement yourself, Clearlight will reimburse you for having an electrician do the work for you. The lifetime warranty justifies spending more on a Clearlight sauna.

  We have had our 2 person outdoor Clearlight sauna for two weeks now and love it. The build quality seems excellent, it fit together well and sitting inside it is a real pleasure. It has been very thoughtfully designed. We would give five stars for the product, but only three stars for the overall purchasing experience. We were very taken aback - we paid 100% upfront and there was no communication at all, unless I asked for it. They had our money yet didn't seem to see the need to keep in touch with their customer. In the end I wrote a negative review on line and they got in touch very quickly! Still it took more than 7 months to arrive from date of order. I know COVID has been challenging for businesses but they could have done much better in communicating. Also they could have better informed us about the actual weight of the outdoor sauna modules. It was delivered on a pallet to the pavement outside our house and we were told that 2 people were needed. As it turned out my husband and I were unable to move it and had to ask several friends and neighbours to give us a hand. I would recommend 3 people to get the roof on. Still, I have to thank CEO Johannes K. for helping me with all my complaints and we got there in the end.
