Very impressed with this clinic, it has been such a refreshing experience so far! I’ve visited a number of private clinics previously but now Cleveland Clinic has become my top choice and I’ve moved all my care there. I’ve recommended the place to several friends already and decided to write a review, since I’m constantly impressed by the level of personal attention and care. The clinic lives up to the expectations set by its American twin, which provides outstanding care rivalled only by the Mayo Clinic. While it’s normal to see a few negative reviews when people are really frustrated, I was very pleasantly surprised to see only a couple highlighting minor organisational challenges. This has reassured me about my choice! Yes, the clinic is a bit expensive but a no brainer especially if you have insurance. Also their tool MyChart provides you with the opportunity to view test results and send communication and questions to your doctor without having to book yet another appointment.

Absolutely impeccable. Wonderful outpatient experience. Clean tidy excellence clinical care and the latest and greatest in medicine. Could not fault the place. Blood tests done on site so no need to go to the local lab. All good. The app you get access to gives immediate access to test results and correspondence. Has taken medicine in the UK to the 21st century for the first time.

I had a pre-op consultation with Mr Bhan today. Brilliant service and care from the front of house to the clinic staff. I was treated with kindness and compassion by everyone I encountered. They made me feel at ease the whole time and patiently listened to any queries I had. My prescription was ready to collect as soon as I stepped out of the clinic room, along with verbal and written instructions. Punctual, efficient, well organised. I am very pleased to be in such good hands.
