My wife bought me a mantle clock for our 25th wedding anniversary in April. Something I had always wanted. It arrived with a chime broken. We were ok with this as they are awkward to post! Anyway we contacted Clocks & Moor and over all the months up till now have been told every story under the sun. Including it’s in the post, COVID, he’s not in, etc. Now the story is the chap Paul is not in until December. It’s Michael and Paul who have bounced this between them. So no working clock and loads of patience on our part Wow we really want to support these guys! But it seems that our kindness and patience is being manipulated to their ends. We have asked for our money back Can they be trusted??? Who knows. Anyway. Buy elsewhere I would suggest. Poor show Michael and Paul.

I couldn’t be more disappointed, purchased a clock in November for my 20th Wedding Anniversary and wouldn’t have dreamt that I still wouldn’t have received it come January. False promises and then no replies, deal with them at your peril.
