I feel torn with this review… I love the beer and will give that five stars all day long, but you know the old saying “never meet your hero as they are best left in your head“ this was certainly the case when we came to the Brewery. The guide was a young (ish) girl who opened with “I don’t know much about beer making and certainly nothing technical.” Remember we had paid for a brewery tour! True to her word, she didn’t manage to answer one question from the Approximately 20 people who had paid for the tour. She was disinterested in both the process and the customers. I thought things couldn’t get much worse until we were served by the barmaid who was rude and again completely disinterested. After we had ordered our drinks she said “will that be all?“ And one of my friends replied “well, perhaps a smile” … She answered with “I don’t get paid to smile“… What a shame, we had travelled a great distance… This was a Mecca for one of our group, all in all a very disappointing experience that has resulted in the beer, not quite being our favourite anymore!

Absolutely fantastic pilgrimage down to the masters of hazy beer. Cal gave a brilliant tour of the brewery, and was very knowledgeable about the business. Generous tastings, including straight from the brite tank. Cannot recommend highly enough. The beery highlight of a very beery weekend!

This is the company that booted a pub for letting women watch a documentary in it. Trans rights nutters snooped and shopped the pub to the brewery, who rolled over like cowards. Give them nothing. The documentary was about womens rights.

Poor service with delivering beers. No one returns calls. Take your money and then that's it. Do not order from them.
