We went there before they close with one minute. Literally 6:29 and the girl working there welcomed us for a take away option. We got in thinking she'll rush us picking, however, she made sure we picked the flavor we wanted and made us taste the chocolate before she carried on the order. The hot chocolate was perfect!! That girl deserves a raise, sadly we don't know her name. We went 28th of April 2023, 6:29pm! We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it!

In my UK top 3! The standard for a café that specialises in hot chocolate in a city steeped in chocolate-making history is going to be pretty high, or they'd risk being run out of town. They meet expectations and then some. This place is in my top three hot-choc stops in Britain (the others are Cocoa Mountain, NW Scotland and Chocolate Utopia, Nottingham, so you can see this has been researched 😉). Also, the staff were absolutely lovely. I went on a quiet Wednesday morning in March and got served straight away, but once the word gets around I have a feeling you'll have to queue!

A wonderful shop for delicious hot chocolate! I've been there yesterday with a friend and we got heartly welcomed and advised from the very kind cashier. The hot chocolated was definetly one of the highlights of our schooltrip! We could taste the various types of chocolate the shop offers untill we finaly took our decision on which to choose.
