Bad receptionist service, bad delivery management. Some staff's working attitude is very impatient and slack. What made me angry was that yesterday two staff went to look for my parcel and did not find it. They also firmly declared that they absolutely did not have my parcel and all this was the fault of the express company. The funny thing was that after they got off work, I asked another staff to look for my parcel. It took him like ten seconds to find my parcel in the parcel room. It's obviously a different attitude to work. If your apartment can't change the attitude of some of your staff, it will only get worse and worse. I have never experienced such bad service!!

Bedroom windows permanently locked, you can't open them. It gets hot in winter, so in summer will be unlivable.

I have been staying here since September, the accommodation is lovely and modern, great location. All the staff are lovely and friendly, always there if needed. Very secure as well with 24 hr staff and key card access. Very suitable for all students as well as couples. Couldn't fault it.
