Moved to a Block of flats managed by Common Ground last year, after a few weeks realised that there were VERY noisy neighbours living upstairs. They would come home late at night banging doors as loud as they could and shouting like animals all night long. Contacted Common Ground to complain about it and they replied “thank you for the information” but weeks went past and nothing was done about it. Spoke to the Estate Agent and they contacted Common Ground, once again nothing was done. Several complaints were made about this problem, not just by myself but by other tenants as well and Common Ground did absolute nothing to resolve the problem. Now more than 12 months since the first complaint was made I found myself completely helpless and desperate having to find another place to live because I can’t sleep at night, and Common Ground won’t do anything about it. Moving into this court was the worst thing that even happened to me.
