I did a round trip of over 20 miles today to visit this store because their website told me they were open. There was a note on the door to say that they are closed on Fridays. Why have a website if you can't be bothered to keep it updated? There was also another message saying that prices instore have been increased. Will I go back? Probably not. Money no object?

Was looking around for lights and Inspiration with my partner and noticed a light that was the same as light I saw else where and was intrigued to see what looked like person. Both of us really liked the light and another one next to it was discussing if it would fit and to buy both here and now and staff member lady with brown short hair was listen in our conversation and just in said “I don’t want people coming in here to look at our things and buy on the internet” very rudely. when I just said I saw the same light and else where and was just surprised. Then became more rude to us and judging. Lost out on to big sales today and customers for ever.

She obviously has a huge wealth of experience and helped us with ideas we’d never have thought of to create the feel of the room that we wanted.
