Helen is absolutely incredible. We learned so much from her in a delicate time. So friendly and approachable. Really really supports and directs you where needed and she is so authentic. She really did have a massive impact on our lives in such a short period of time. For many people, including myself before engaging with Helen I was anxious, but within a second that drifted away. What I loved about Helen also is she doesn’t impose, judge. She is fully engaged in the experience in a natural environment. After our sessions I’d get some really great advice and I just remember coming away feeling empowered and encouraged for the future. She is a one off and a fountain of knowledge. But mainly a beautiful genuine person who wants the best for everyone. If ever Mrs Doubtfire and Supper Nanny were to be merged into one person it would be Helen. I really really encourage anyone reading this to take the leap of faith and invest in the most important thing in life. Your family and loved ones.
