Lesson presenter Richard not helpful He is not Professional competence, he speaks the language of the street. I do not advise to go there for the exam if you are a foreigner like me. He speaks things that are outside the lesson that help the locals to understand, so do not waste your time and money without a result.

The lady was very helpful and very polite but very sorry that she couldn't help me on this occasion as I wanted to get my traffic Marshall course done but they only do it on sight if you have access to a lorry not in house she did give me a phone number to ring even they couldn't help me. I feel like giving up trying to improve my qualifications but either they can't help or to dam expensive just for a one day course. It makes me wounder why I bother.

My experience here at ctd was 5 star very welcoming and friendly staff/trainers there is tea and coffee on arrival nice clean facilities to use they are very helpful every step of the way to help you pass your chosen course i will definitely book again when I need anymore training/courses for the future Many thanks again
