I am over whelmed by everything this company had managed to achieve for us today. The outcome after malcolm cleaned them was absolutely amazing, i neither could my partner believe it, it was an incredible turn around to what the carpets were like before he cleaned them. The carpets were like new, smelt and felt like new . We only had the downstairs cleaned today because some of the cats dont like noise but we will be having the upstairs hallways, landings and 4 bedrooms done very soon as it is like a miracle work over, i am still stunned by the result. The chap , malcoln , that came knew his stuff and very helpful,polite and professional , which is very hard alone to find these days let alone a perfect job. We are just ordinary people who wanted the carpets cleaned and we are so very very happy with the results. The hallway carpet was in a horrific state as i had tried to use other cleaning things to get rid of the smell after one of my cats had a wee on it and i stained it very badly, yet after Malcolm did hid cleaning there was no evidence of stains or smell. We have 8 cats and as you can imagine we have had a few accidents with the cats with fur balls and 1 particular cat who we took in had a few wee wee accidents and no matter what products i bought it did not get rid of the smell. i can say with my hand on my heart that if you you are thinking of having your carpets cleaned , then choose this firm as they are brilliant. Even if you think that maybe you should replace a carpet, as i did with the hallway one until i got a price for replacement carpet, then think again and have the carpet cleaned instead as it comes up like new and really is a complete face lift. There is nothing to say but good things and praise for a friendly, helpful, professional company that do as stated in advertising ( that is unusual itself nowadays too ) so do not hesitate to have this company clean your carpets because believe you me, you wont look back but just look at your newly cleaned carpet in awe and think gosh it looks like it has just been laid from new. Fantastic service, quality , price and workmanship. i would not hesitate to recommend the to people at all. I wish i had taken before and after pictures now and then i could of sent them in and the difference would of been seen as true as day is day. Do not hesitate to contact this company because you will be so pleased after with the end result. With the damage to my carpets from 8 cats i never imagined that the end result would be so fantastic yet it was like i had just had the carpets laid for the first time. Thank you very much for restoring my much needed carpets to a new life , like new.
