Definitely would not return. The place was filthy. The staff were all unanimously rude starting at the front desk and carrying on throughout. Clearly no one enjoys being there. Why would they, the place was totally disorganised, there was no discernible system for collecting rafts or queuing for slides, the lines were crazy long. The lifeguards incessantly blew whistles but it was never clear why, there was no follow up, just angry faces and eye rolling. But the main issue my family and I had was the disgusting state of the changing rooms. The floor was black with filth, there were dirty nappies all over the floor. The showers were pitiful. It's a shame because when we did get on the slides they were very good. It's just a very poorly run dirty facility and we won't be returning.

We have had such a great time at Coral Reef. So much fun, the slides are awesome and the staff are very nice and considerate. We are so grateful for the session they offered for people with special needs and their families. What a great idea! Everyone fully enjoyed their time here ..so much happiness and joy in one place. Thank you for an amazing experience. 🙏
