    Cleaning of the roof excellent.Looks like a new roof. Several properties in the vicinity have followed suite once they saw how excellent your product was. Painting of the house was in two different colours. Main house excellent outcome and people have remarked how good a job your company has done. Other parts it is too early to comment as there are a couple of places where salt is showing after a few months . Have showed it to Rhys who told me to leave it till January 2022 when they might need to come back and scrape off something. Why was this not done in August as they were aware of the problem of salt then? Was promised various things which never materialised. Have spoken to senior personnel about it but all I get is stalling and a sense of go away. Having spent a large sum with your company I am disappointed with your attitude . You have a good product but you let yourselves done by poor management and cost cutting. I could expand on this if asked.
