The staff are totally incompetent, I don’t know how they’ve been employed there, there’s never anyone at the front giving customer service even though there’s plenty of staff, the lad there needs a haircut as he clearly can’t see, and some customer service skills, won’t be going her again they useless

I honestly can not understand some of the VERY negative comments on here. I have used this pharmacy on a regular basis for years and I can't speak more highly of all the staff. If anything I have found that the manager Mel and her great team usually go far and away above what you would usually expect of a pharmacy. Brilliant service.

Very unprofessional service. If one is unable to keep their initial promise they should offer few options to solve the problem and not order them down a single narrow path. Asking and telling is 2 different thing. Very poor service indeed never again will use services from here.
