Got contacted for an interview. The headhunter postponed the call 2 hours before and then did not show up at all. 2 hours after my message stating I am waiting in Teams for him, I received a pathetic message stating that his meeting overran, his car had to go to service and he had to drive to a cash machine to pay for the service. Amateur hour is an understatement.

Pathetic service, totally non-professional attitude, zero recruiting aptitude. Postponed the scheduled meeting in the last minute (happened twice). Did not show up in the next two scheduled meetings. Then suddenly they realized that they have enough information about me to put me forward for their client. I asked about the profile of their client, and was promised to receive that "by tomorrow". One month since then, and that tomorrow has not come yet. By the time CSG Talent team was sorting out on how to fix the right time for the scheduled call, I was lucky to land another job from another recruiter. Their non-professionalism, worst communication, and lack of commitments deserves zero stars.

I began working with CSG Talent (i.e. James Martin) in Jan 20 discussing a potential role with the GFG Alliance, a global powerhouse in the manufacture of Steel & Aluminium. This entire recruitment process was not without its setbacks, namely the untimely death of the potential employer’s representative and secondly, the impact of Covid 19 on the entire United Kingdom and the entire global business community overall. Multiple stage interviews, extensive travel arrangements to attend interviews, multiple cancellations, positive feedbacks calls, all were aspects of this lengthy and protracted recruitment process which occurred throughout this entire timeline. However, the worst aspect of this was being informed on numerous occasions that the business was unable to offer a contract of employment due to the points highlighted above. During this time, the staff at CSG Talent (i.e. James Martin) have gone above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process, namely organising meetings, interviews, travel requirements, interview preparations and confidence building phone calls. But what makes CSG different is the total embodiment of support and understanding of each individual’s need during a very uncertain and often frightening situation. I can recall multiple phone from James (even during his Holidays) to discuss the ongoing situation, keeping me fully informed of any changes in the process, but more importantly giving me the confidence that CSG were proactively fighting for me. Due to the ongoing persistence of CSG, maintaining contact with GFG Alliance, whilst ensuring progression of this role that I (on the 20th Oct) secured a contract of employment at GFG Alliance with an immediate start date of the 26th Oct. I cannot thank CSG Talent enough for their dedication and support during this period, words will never be enough to fully appreciate and understand why they stand alone in the recruitment sector. What I would say is that, if you are an employer and want a business that totally invests in acquiring and identifying talent then there is no better option, if you are potential candidate looking for your next career opportunity, look no further. I do, however, want to give a shout out to James Martin, I don’t think I could have done this without your help, persistence, tenacity and support You are without doubt – one in a million Richard Goodall

I was working with Junaid Saleem. He set me up with an interview in Virginia. He informed me the company I was interviewing with would take care of all my travel expenses related to the trip. I have submitted all expense receipts and he replied they would be paid for yet he cannot return an email or a phone call after I am out all the money spent. He has been very unprofessional and I feel like I have been duped. He is not a very good representation for your company.
