    Easy five star review; Harry is helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and was worth every penny. He took my wife's clock, that her deceased father had given her in 1985, and hadn't worked in an age, and it's now on the wall keeping good time and cuckooing away. You need a specialist like Harry, as many/most watch repair places won't touch cuckoo clocks. If you've a cuckoo clock that needs work, look no further.

    What a fabulous company this is. My cuckoo clock fell from the wall, and required repairs to its internal mechanism. Harry was excellent at reassuring me that he would fix my clock. He took it straight to his work shop and attempted to fix it whilst I waited. Alas we needed to give it a little longer, however in only a matter of days my Clock was returned, and back to his former health. Thanks Harry, keep up your great work. 👍👍👍👍

    19/08/2020 I have just had my Cuckoo clock repaired by Harry at The cuckoo Clock Shop From start to Finnish a very pleasant experience. I dropped it off keeping social distancing . Harry came out to take my clock and reassured me that it would be repaired serviced and running like clockwork it is. It was post back to me by Royal Mail with a tracking number. The clock arrived with clear instructions on how to remove the bellow clips very straight forward . The clock was very very well packed , to be honest it could have been parachuted in it was so well packed. I have no problem giving this company 5 stars 10 out of 10 Thank you Harry

    We've had our Cuckoo clock for over 10 years now. One of the Granchilden decided to stop it over Christmas which turned out to be a permanent stop. Never having a problem with it before we did not know what to do. Having trolled the internet decided CuckooClocks.co.uk seemed a good prospect. Extremely glad we went to them. Was told a cost for investigation up front, took the plunge and sent our clock to Manchester not expecting to see or hear anything for a couple of weeks. Colin was fixed and back on our wall within a week and no extra cost. Very prompt service. Would recommend Harry and CuckooClocks.co.uk to anybody who has a problem with theirs. Based on our repair experience I would also recommend buying a new clock if doing so in the UK.
