The coffee is good but don’t ask for an extra shot otherwise you’ll be charged the price of £2.40 on top… nearly £6 for a coffee in Leigh is a violation. Trying to support local but when it’s more expensive than Starbucks it’s a red flag

I've been here a few times, but no more. Most recently, the woman behind the counter looked and spoke to me like I'd insulted her with my mere presence as a customer. I'm sorry but no matter how good your coffee is, it cannot make up for being that cold and rude. I'd give the benefit of the doubt that everyone can have a bad day but clearly other reviews suggest a consistent behaviour.

I've just tried Cult at the top of my road and have to agree with previous reviewer. Same experience, the server displays no people skills, quite off and unwelcoming, almost snooty. No idea why, it's nothing special. Although the coffee is tiny (served in smallest cups possible) and over priced (dearer than city of London) it was darn good coffee. Try smiling at your customers!

When I walk into a high end coffee shop I expect to be treated like a VIP, not told to shut the door behind me like as if I'm some peasant who lives in a barn (if you know you've got a problem with the door not closing FIX-IT!) Rude staff, coffee far too expensive for the experience!
