They contacted me giving me regular updates on the works required and talked me through it so I could make a decision on what to do, or not do. I wish I could give uou a positive feedback unfortunately after 1 week there was no clear what was wrong with my car You provide hand written diagnosis which did not make sense at all according to you I need a new battery .just to let you know there was a brand new battery on my car. fitted before coming to you. I had a problem with my Volkswagen as my coolant was leaking. I was sent to D&G auto care by my warranty company. The service I received was exceptional. D&G found the fault and recommended a change to both my water pump and timing belt. He took time to explain the need for changing the timing belt at that time. After finishing the job, he was very kind to help with other little issues identified in my car and gave tips on effective use of the stop and start function in my car.
