The rudest most unprofessional bunch of "workmen" you could ever encounter. Literally no consideration of residents (just 5 metre from neatest house) need to sleep when just to add the ambience of pneumatic breakers, road cutters, hammers, spades, generators, vans, and rudely swearing men (some smoking whilst operating heavy machinery)...they think it's ok to put on a huge very loud (loud enough to be heard way over the machinery) site radio facing the houses directly opposite...AT TEN TO MIDNIGHT ON A WEEKNIGHT. YOU UTTERLY INCONSIDERATE GROUP OF...this then carried on for several hours. They could have down these works during the day as it isn't a busy road, and even doing them overnight if they'd have started at 5 or 6 rather than 9 we might have got a bit more than 3 hours sleep.
