I told her that my daughter had some additional needs & that she finds the salon experience very difficult. I can not express how much my daughter (15) was smiling during her appointment with Dorna! It’s never happened before She had absolutely no pain during the service (usually it hurts so much as her hair is so thick /course ) Dorna was so kind, funny & generous with offerings of drinks /snacks.
