After a very disappointing level of service and aftercare, from the Lead Practitioner of a large clinic on the outskirts of Southampton, I decided to find someone else local to Winchester area to do my Botox and Fillers. Charlotte is friendly, thorough and reassuring throughout. I want to particularly mention the lip filler. I’d only wanted a very subtle result, mainly to ‘plump’ out lines near the mouth, rather than drastically change the shape of the mouth or lips. I’d had this treatment elsewhere, and had been scared off having it again! However, with Charlotte, she listened to what I wanted to achieve and the result was perfect. You’d not know I’d had any treatment around the mouth but the lines are fainter and the lips have that youthful plumpness back! Very impressed and will certainly return for further treatment.
